Premely Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for accounts, subscriptions, customer data, integrations and use of the Premely service.
- Effective
- 10 August 2026
- Version
- 1.0
Agreement and eligibility
These terms are between you and Adaptive Labs, the parent company and owner of Premely. They apply when you create a Premely account, use the hosted analytics service or access a Premely integration, API or related feature. If you use Premely for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and workspaces
- Keep sign-in credentials secure and tell Premely promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
- Use roles and invitations only for people authorised to access the workspace.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from Premely's failure to apply reasonable security controls.
The service
Premely provides website analytics, conversion measurement and related reporting based on the configuration, data and connections available to the workspace. Reports describe measured activity and associations. They are not a guarantee of complete accuracy, causal attribution or a particular commercial result.
Premely may improve or change the service while preserving the core purpose of a paid plan. Material changes that reduce a paid service will be communicated where reasonably required.
Plans, trials and payment
The selected plan, price, billing period, event allowance and included capacity are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may be added. A paid subscription renews for the stated billing period until it is cancelled through the available account or billing controls.
A trial is subject to the duration and limits shown when it begins. Premely will not charge a payment method unless the purchase flow clearly authorises that charge. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not restricted by these terms.
Customer data and privacy
You keep ownership of the data you provide to Premely. You give Premely the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, display, export and delete that data to provide the service.
You are responsible for using Premely lawfully, giving required information to website visitors and avoiding sensitive or prohibited data. The Data Processing Agreement applies where Premely processes personal data for a customer.
Integrations and external services
An integration may allow Premely and another provider to exchange authorised data. You are responsible for choosing the connection, holding the required external account and reviewing the provider's terms. Premely does not control an external provider's service or availability.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Premely may restrict or suspend activity that threatens security, service availability, other customers or legal compliance. Where practicable, Premely will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
Ownership and feedback
Premely and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and product design. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during the applicable account or subscription period.
If you provide feedback, Premely may use it to improve the service without transferring ownership of your customer data or confidential information.
Cancellation, suspension and termination
You may cancel through the available billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues for the period already paid, unless the purchase terms or applicable law require another result.
Premely may suspend or end access for material breach, unlawful use, serious security risk or unpaid charges after any notice required by law or the circumstances. Available export and deletion controls should be used before access ends.
Responsibility and legal rights
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Premely is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made solely from analytics reports, customer configuration, external services or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact
Premely may update these terms for legal, security, service or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
