What this notice covers
Premely is owned and operated by Adaptive Labs. This notice covers cookies, local storage and similar technologies used by Premely's public website, account experience and analytics tracker. A cookie is a small file stored by a browser. Other storage technologies can perform similar functions without using a cookie.
Cookie-free measurement
Premely's cookie-free measurement mode is designed not to set a Premely analytics cookie or persistent visitor identifier on a customer's website. It uses limited request and event information to produce website analytics without creating an advertising profile.
Cookie-free does not mean that no personal data can ever be involved or that consent requirements are identical in every country. Each customer remains responsible for its own implementation and legal assessment.
Necessary account and security storage
Premely may use necessary cookies or browser storage to keep an authenticated account signed in, protect a session, remember a security or interface choice, balance traffic or prevent abuse. Blocking necessary storage may stop account or security features from working correctly.
Connected and external services
A payment provider, identity provider or other service opened from Premely may use its own cookies or storage under its own notice. Premely does not control storage set directly by an external provider on that provider's website.
Your choices
Browser controls can delete or block cookies and site data. Account features may require you to sign in again after storage is cleared. Customers can select the measurement options made available for their Premely site and should update their own notices when their configuration changes.
Changes and contact
Premely may update this notice when its website, account security or tracker changes. Questions can be sent to support@premely.io.
