When Premely handles account, billing, support, security and website information for its own purposes, Premely determines how that information is used. When a customer uses Premely to measure its website, the customer normally determines the purpose of that measurement and Premely processes the data to provide the service.

Who receives personal data
Personal data may be shared with authorised workspace members, infrastructure and service providers, professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required, and a successor involved in a lawful business transaction. Providers that process customer data for Premely are described in the Subprocessor List.
International transfers
Premely and its providers may process information in more than one country. Where data-protection law restricts a transfer, Premely uses an available legal safeguard and applies appropriate protections to the transferred information.
Retention and deletion
Premely keeps personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, meet legal obligations or resolve claims. Customers can use available export and deletion controls for their workspaces and sites. Some information may remain in restricted backups until the applicable backup cycle completes.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of personal data, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. Contact support@premely.io to make a request.
If your request concerns analytics collected by a Premely customer, contact that website or organisation first. Premely will assist the customer where required.
