Premely Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains prohibited data, unlawful activity, security abuse and other uses that may lead to restriction or suspension.

Use Premely responsibly
You may use Premely only for lawful analytics, reporting, integration and related business purposes. You must follow the Terms of Service, applicable law and the permissions granted by the people and organisations whose systems or data you use.
Prohibited activity
- Breaking the law, violating another person's rights or helping someone else do so.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, network, API, integration or data set.
- Introducing malware, destructive code, fraudulent traffic or activity intended to disrupt or evade service protections.
- Probing or testing Premely security without written authorisation or outside an applicable vulnerability-disclosure policy.
- Using Premely for surveillance, discrimination, unlawful profiling or decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects without an appropriate lawful process.
- Reselling, copying or reverse engineering the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Data that must not be sent
- Payment-card details, passwords, secret keys or authentication credentials.
- Special-category, criminal-offence, children's or highly sensitive personal data unless Premely has expressly agreed in writing.
- Full URLs, event names or properties containing names, email addresses or other information that is not needed for the configured analytics purpose.
- Data collected without the notices, permissions or legal basis required for the customer's use case.
Service integrity and fair use
Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits, access controls or technical restrictions. Do not create excessive automated requests or activity that materially affects the service for others. Premely may apply reasonable controls to protect availability and security.
Investigation and enforcement
Premely may investigate suspected misuse and restrict the affected activity. Serious, repeated or unlawful misuse may result in suspension or termination. Where practicable, Premely will explain the concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
